SEENRO Terms & Policies
These terms cover how the SEENRO managed advertising service works, so you always know what we do — and what stays 100% yours.
The SEENRO Service
- 1SEENRO is a managed advertising service: you create your advertisement and pay for a fixed package, and the SEENRO team runs your campaign on Facebook for you.
- 2You do not need a Facebook ad account, Ads Manager or a media team — SEENRO manages the advertising process on your behalf.
- 3Package prices are fixed and shown before you pay. There are no bidding charges, ad-account setup fees or hidden costs.
- 4Every advertisement is reviewed by the SEENRO team before it runs. You will always be given a reason if your advertisement is rejected, and you can fix and resubmit it.
Your Business & Your Customers
- 1Customers who see your advertisement message you directly on your business WhatsApp number — SEENRO is not between you and your customers.
- 2You serve your customers and handle your business yourself: sales, bookings, orders, deliveries, prices and customer service are entirely yours.
- 3SEENRO is not involved in your sales, transactions or customer relationships, and is not responsible for the quality, legality or delivery of what you advertise.
- 4The WhatsApp number you provide must be a working business number you control, with the country code included.
Payments & Verification
- 1Payments are made to SEENRO only — through the secure checkout on this platform (mobile money or card). Never pay to anyone claiming to represent SEENRO outside the platform.
- 2A 21.74% SEENRO service fee is included in every package price — it is part of the fixed price you see and is never added on top. The remaining share of your payment funds the actual Facebook ad run.
- 3Every payment is verified before your advertisement moves to review. You can see the payment status in your private Space at any time.
- 4SEENRO never asks for your bank details, card numbers, PINs or verification codes. Anyone who does is not SEENRO.
- 5If your payment or advertisement is rejected, contact SEENRO support from your dashboard and we will work through it with you.
Your Data & Privacy
- 1Your Space, advertising requests, payments and history are visible only to you. There are no public profiles or feeds on SEENRO.
- 2Your advertisement media is used solely to run your campaign and is never shared or sold.
- 3Only communicate with SEENRO through official channels: the in-app support chat and the contact details shown on this website.
What we do not accept
- Prohibited or illegal products and services, including weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, fraud or scams, adult content and hate speech.
- Misleading or false claims, fake testimonials, or content that violates Facebook (Meta) advertising policies.
- Content you do not own the rights to, including copyrighted images, videos or brand assets.
- Creating advertisements on behalf of another business without their permission.
Advertisements that violate these rules are rejected — with the reason shown to you.
Your protection
SEENRO is a verified, private platform — every request and payment is processed through the official, secure flow you see on this website, and every status is tracked in your private Space. Follow these terms and your advertising experience is protected from start to finish.
